After talks with the datacenter, we are going to move the drives to a new server (chassis), to rule out any further hardware issues. Please understand that this will involve 20-30 minutes of downtime. We do not have an exact time this will take place, but believe this will be completed within the next couple hours.

They have cleaned the ports on the disk adapters and replaced the cables, but yet the error remains. We are consulting with the datacenter on our next move. We anticipate that the next action will take place tomorrow, once we figure out a game plan.

We have been getting some unusual errors in our logs and after talking to the datacenter, they feel the NVMe adapter or cable may be the culprit. Due to the nature of the errors, we are going to have the datacenter perform an emergency maintenance and replace the adapters and cables. We anticipate around 30 minutes of downtime and expect this to be performed within the hour.
