We are aware of the issue with the Lightning server being offline. There was an abuse complaint that was submitted for a site on the server. We promptly within the hour removed the site in question and reported back to the datacenter that the account was removed, but the user had used Cloudflare full page caching that left the appearance that the site was still online.
We reported this to the datacenter and they stated they would contact Cloudflare to get the cache removed. That is the last thing we heard from the datacenter. They now placed a temporary lock on the server, stating the content was still active, but the content was 100% removed from the server. We are awaiting their response to get the ip address unlocked.
