    This incident has been resolved. It was related to a large scale ddos attack on the datacenter. It has since been mitigated and all network services are stable.

    This incident has been resolved. During a live migration to a new node, we encountered a network configuration issue that caused the network to the server to fail. After reconfiguring the network, the server came back online.

    In this maintenance window we will be migrating our website and billing system to a server. During this migration, the billing system will be unavailable to customers. We have issued a 2 hours window to complete this transfer, but we anticipate this to completed rather quickly.

    If any issues arise that will take us outside of this window. We will update our https://status.monstermegs.com page accordingly.
